Renovations: 2024: Pool smart box (wifi controlled breaker box), hardwood floors on main level, new hot water heater.

2023: Gutters added to carport, main water valve, sum pump with battery, roof on main house and carport replaced.

2022:New side door balcony, 2 electric baseboard heaters in basement, new shut off valve for dishwasher, new outdoor hose faucet, check valves (back water valves) added to to basement bathroom, laundry room, and main drain, basement bathroom renovated ( toilet, vanity, tiles).

2021: In-ground pool was installed 10 by 24 feet with uv filter and heat pump, pool fence was installed, bain magique bathroom, foundation crack injection from interior in tool room (fully preventative for visible cracks).

2020: kitchen cabinets, counter top, backsplash, new bathroom vanity, toilet and tiles, new windows and front door on main level (energy star), furnace was replaced (oil tank removed) and new thermo-pump installed.

2012: Multi-test report for attic insulation (vermiculite). No asbestos fibres detected. Report available upon request.
